Guidelines and Instructions for the Staff for Online Remotely Proctored Test.

It is an Online and Remotely Proctored Certification Test, fully computerized, user friendly having advanced security features making it fair, transparent and standardized.

Make sure to avoid the following actions or conditions during the exam session. Any intentional or unintentional violation of security protocols during the exam may lead to the suspension of your session and the rejection of your exam result. Examples include, but are not limited to:

• The Certification test will be conducted in an online proctored mode. Staff can take the test from the safe and secure environment of his/her home, with a desktop/laptop (with a webcam) and an internet connection (un-interrupted internet speed is desirable).
• Use a quiet, well-lit room to take the exam.
• Advise others that you cannot be disturbed during the exam session. No other persons are allowed in the testing area.
• Leaving the view of the camera, loss of video, or poor video resolution that interferes with the online proctoring process.
• Be prepared to sit for the entire length of the exam. You cannot take a break or step away from the camera's view.
